It’s very pretty and I love it just as it is but I might also copy another reviewer sometimes by tying a tiny amount of embroidery floss to it, probably to coordinate with my outfits. Shipping was quick and it was well packaged too! I will definitely shop from this store again. Thank you!

I hope you will take the time to read through my policies. Please read the shipping section especially. Shipping in Sweden works differently from the US, and I get a lot of questions about it.

Payment
For Swedish and EU transactions I also accept direct bank account transfers - please allow for a little longer time before I send the orders. It takes a few days before the payment is visible on my bank account.

Shipping
I use the Swedish National Postal Service for all my shipping, unless speedier shipping is required. I charge only what the Swedish postal service charges me and don't want you to pay anything extra for postage than what it actually costs. The standard shipping time for regular priority mail is 3-5 business days for Europe and 4-8 business days for the rest of the world. On rare occasions shipping can take up to three weeks.
**registered and trackable shipping**
Standard Swedish mail does not allow for tracking, but registered shipping with insurance is possible at extra cost. Express shipping is also usually trackable. Note that tracking is not possible for every country.
**customs fees**
I am happy to ship to any country in the world, however I am not responsible for fees that the custom authorities in your country may possibly charge. It is the responsibility of the customer to know about and pay for any customs fees that may apply to the shipped items.
**Express shipping**
EMS express shipping is possible but expensive.

Europe: $55 - 2 business days
North America/Middle East $60 - 3 business days
Asia $70 - 5 business days
Rest of the World $80 - 5 business days
*missing or damaged items*
If your items do not arrive or have been damaged I will give you a full refund or will make you a new item (this can be difficult for one of a kind items, but we can work something out!). So far every single package has turned up in the end, and I hope it stays that way. If a package is delayed, I will not refund or replace the item until at least a month after the shipping date.
*Shipping around Christmas*
Swedish Post does not give me any detailed information regarding slower shipping around Christmas, but my experience is that anything ordered after the first week in December is at risk of not arriving in time. Please keep this in mind!

Shipping
I ship from Sweden. The standard shipping rate ($7 outside Europe) involves writing the address by hand and putting stamps on the package, so this is not trackable. If you would like tracking, please select the 'with tracking' rate.
Shipping times within Europe range from 2 up to 8 business days. Shipping times outside Europe range from 5 to 12 (or more, when unlucky) busniess days.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your jewelry is packaged to ensure undamaged survival throughout shipping. I ship my jewelry in cardboard boxes. The items are firmly packaged in a cardboard gift box with naturally grey felted wool inserts (obtained from happy Gotland sheep). If the item is marked as gift I often include a hand-sewn silk jewelry pouch that makes it ready for gift giving.
I strive to use only natural fiber package material that can be recycled or composted (you can put the wool and the ribbon in the compost if you like). We all have to try our best for the environment!
No invoice is included in the package unless specifically requested by the buyer.
Personal messages can be included upon request.
Sizing details
Ring size options are displayed as US ring sizes. If you are unsure about your size in the US system, but you have a size in a different system, you can either:
- convert your size to a US size here: http://www.onlineconversion.com/ring_size.htm
or:
- pick a random size upon check-out and convo me with your size in the system you have (even just an inner diameter of an existing ring is fine).
